Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Terraform Ansible and Security Practice - IaC with a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This role involves optimizing our infrastructure and ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes contributing to the companys efficiency and impact on the insurance industry. Responsibilities Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure scalable and reliable systems. Implement configuration management solutions with Ansible to automate deployment processes. Ensure security best practices are followed in infrastructure as code to protect sensitive data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and performance. Optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment speed and reliability. Provide technical support and guidance to development teams on DevOps tools and processes. Conduct regular audits of systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. Document processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and team collaboration. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve DevOps practices. Work closely with the Property & Casualty Insurance domain experts to align infrastructure with business needs. Contribute to the companys mission by enhancing the efficiency of insurance operations through innovative DevOps solutions. Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in Terraform for infrastructure management. Demonstrate proficiency in Ansible for configuration management and automation. Have a solid understanding of security practices in infrastructure as code. Bring experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain to align technical solutions with business requirements. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Display strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams. Certifications Required Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) Terraform Associate Certification
