DevOps Engineer

Description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automating and improving development and release processes. You will work closely with software engineers and system administrators to streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of our software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of new applications.
• Automate processes and systems to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Implement and manage container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Document processes and create training materials for team members.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in DevOps or related field.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
