Must-Have

:* 7+ years of experience.* CI/CD (Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions)* Infrastructure as Code (Terraform – Azure modules preferred)* Azure Services (Key Vault, Service Bus, App Config, Log Analytics, KEDA)* Containerization & orchestration: Kubernetes (AKS), Helm charts* Monitoring & Logging: Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, Azure-native monitoring* Disaster Recovery: planning, backup automation, failover testing

Good-to-Have

:* Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell* Regression automation frameworks

Soft Skills

: - End-to-end ownership of features/tasks - Strong problem-solving and decision-making - Clear communication with India/US stakeholders - Agile team collaboration and proactive improvement mindset
