Job Description

What a GCP DevOps Engineer Does

CI/CD pipelines: Build and maintain pipelines (Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Infrastructure as Code: Provision resources using Terraform or Deployment Manager
Containerization & Orchestration: Docker + GKE (Kubernetes)
Monitoring & Reliability: Cloud Monitoring, Logging, Error Reporting, SLOs
Security & IAM: Service accounts, least privilege, secrets management
Automation: Scripting with Bash / Python
High availability & cost optimization
