BizOps Engineer II(L2 Support - AWS Unix Sql ITSM)
NEED to have :
1. Strong Unix Command line interface ,
2) Shell Scripting in Unix or other languages,
3) SQL Scripting skills,
4) Strong in at least one Monitoring and Alerting tools (like Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Big Brother, Nagios etc)
5) Experience in Deploying and Supporting Java Based applications
Good To have:
1. Familiarity with Dev ops tools such as CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub, Bit Bucket, Jira, XLR, Chef etc
2. Relevant industry Certifications to prove expertise
3. Proven skills in Automation, driving large scale projects
4. Exposure or familiarity in Payment Card Domain/Banking/Finance based organizations
Experience:
1. Solid experience in supporting Production Support in a 24x7 Environment
2. Ability to work in highly sensitive environment with minimal supervision and carry out assigned duties diligently
3. Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time critical activities.
