Collaborate with architects and engineers to align with modern DevOps strategies and target architectures. Lead DevOps and CI/CD framework design and implementation, offering guidance across development, operations, and SRE teams. Champion secure coding, secrets management, and platform observability, automation, and resiliency practices. Mentor teams through DevOps maturity, driving engineering best practices and large-scale, cross-functional solutions. Conduct code/design reviews, evaluate new technologies, and optimize usage of existing tools. Job Qualifications (Shortened) 8+ years of software engineering experience. 8+ years with scripting (Shell, Python, Perl, PowerShell) and development (Java, C#, GoLang). Expertise in infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform, Packer). Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipeline integrations. Strong background in infrastructure, cloud, and application development across domains. Knowledge of compliance, data protection, and cyber resiliency in distributed environments. Experience with RedHat, Windows, virtualization, and cloud platforms (VMware Aria, Nutanix NCM).
