Job Description

Job Summary:

Dynatrace Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Own the
end-to-end architecture and implementation
of Dynatrace across enterprise applications and infrastructure.
Define observability frameworks, monitoring standards, and governance models.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, DevOps, SREs, and business stakeholders to build
scalable and resilient monitoring solutions
.
Lead
installation, configuration, and integration
of Dynatrace agents, dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitoring, and real user monitoring.
Ensure effective monitoring coverage for
cloud-native apps, containers (Kubernetes, Docker), APIs, microservices, and legacy systems
.
Design
automation and self-healing solutions
leveraging Dynatrace AI/ML capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

15+ years of IT experience
with at least
57 years of Dynatrace implementation and solution architecture
.
Strong expertise in
application performance monitoring (APM), infrastructure monitoring, and observability solutions
.
Proven experience leading
enterprise-scale Dynatrace deployments
(across thousands of agents, hybrid environments).
Deep knowledge of
cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, APIs, and microservices
.
Strong background in
CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, and automation tools
.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Dynatrace Professional/Advanced certifications
highly preferred.
