DevOps Architect

Role Overview: You will be the leader of the devops and system administration team at Kensaltensi powered by Alkimi. As an individual contributor, you will be recognized as an expert in all infrastructure-related areas within the company. Your responsibilities will include providing architectural inputs for product architecture, distinguishing and managing contradictions between short-term and long-term goals, participating in the technical architecture board, staying updated on security vulnerabilities, managing security violations, building and leading a team of dedicated experts, overseeing technical infrastructure, controlling technical and third-party cloud services, creating a reliable DevOps department, preparing and implementing technical deployment architecture, providing troubleshooting support, ensuring high uptime for all production infrastructure, optimizing infrastructure costs, and collaborating with engineering teams for cost-effective, robust, and secure delivery of platform services. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the devops and system administration team - Provide architectural inputs for product architecture - Manage contradictions between short-term and long-term goals - Stay updated on security vulnerabilities and take proactive steps - Build and lead a team of dedicated experts - Oversee technical infrastructure and third-party cloud services - Ensure high uptime for all production infrastructure - Optimize infrastructure costs - Collaborate with engineering teams for cost-effective, robust, and secure delivery of platform services - Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure - Create and maintain CI/CD systems and pipelines - Support engineers with training and guidance for deployment of new services - Monitor system health and manage events - Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery preparedness - Protect the company's data and databases - Maintain deployment architecture and infrastructure documentation Qualifications Required: - Experience as a DevOps Architect - Strong experience in infrastructure as code (IaC), software development, and continuous integration - Proficiency in system administration and Linux administration - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and databases - Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Microservices architectures - Understanding of networking concepts and protocols - Experience with containerization technologies and cloud platforms - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus,
