Job Description

As an experienced DevOps Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of DevOps practices to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our digital communication services. Your expertise in Digital Com Service Delivery and Digital Com Peak Mgmt, combined with a strong background in User Experience Services, will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and peak performance. This hybrid role provides you with the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site, with no travel required. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the integration of Digital Com Service Delivery and Digital Com Peak Mgmt, providing technical guidance and support to development and operations teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to service delivery and peak management. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining automation scripts and tools, monitoring system performance, conducting regular reviews and audits of DevOps processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, you will create and maintain documentation for DevOps processes, tools, and configurations, provide training and mentorship to team members, and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and digital communication services. Collaboration with stakeholders to define and prioritize DevOps initiatives that align with business goals, as well as evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies to enhance the DevOps infrastructure, will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you must have strong experience in Digital Com Service Delivery and Digital Com Peak Mgmt, a solid background in User Experience Services, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, experience with automation tools and scripting languages, a strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. Certifications Required: - Certified DevOps Architect - AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent.,
