Role Overview: You will lead a team of .NET developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using .NET and MS technologies. You will provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, including conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and offering mentoring. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions based on .NET technologies. - Develop and maintain coding standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. - Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to guarantee successful project completion. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and infrastructure, to deliver integrated solutions. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in the .NET ecosystem. - Create reproducible and predictable components while evaluating and understanding external/third-party components.
