Senior Lead - Development

You should possess a minimum educational qualification of a bachelor's engineering or master's engineering degree in computer science or software engineering without any gaps, with a consistent academic record of 70% or above throughout. As an Engineer with 10-12 years of experience, including a minimum of 5+ years in leading the Technology Stream, you should have a strong understanding of the latest technology trends, particularly in a startup or a mid-sized IT Product company. Your experience should include full stack software engineering with at least 5 years of leading, developing, and scaling engineering teams. Your coding skills should demonstrate a strong knowledge of software architecture, design, and programming. Proficiency in JavaScript (node.js/react.js), .Net Core, data structures, and cloud platforms like Azure/AWS is essential. Awareness of DevOps practices is highly preferred. You should have proven experience in software development and architecture, focusing on product revamping and modernization, especially in working on enterprise-level products. Your hands-on experience should cover end-to-end product build, development, and delivery involving a variety of customer interfaces (e.g., web, mobile), languages, and technologies. Experience with SaaS/Cloud based/Big-sized/Data Centered applications with a strong concurrent user base is required. Successful candidates will demonstrate proven experience in leading large-scale architectural transformations and driving successful product revamps. You should also possess technological awareness, including knowledge of emerging and existing technologies, programming languages, and frameworks. Experience with Micro Services based architecture, analytics, and automation flows will be an added advantage.,
