Job Description

Role Overview: As a Personal Financial Advisor Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to recruit and develop Personal Financial Advisors to generate new business and renew existing business. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the licensing of agents, building your team, driving agent productivity, implementing sales promotions, coaching and mentoring PFAs, and delivering new and renewal business through agents. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure licensing of agents and build your own team. - Drive productivity of new and vintage agents. - Implement sales promotions for the PFAs. - Coach and mentor PFAs to provide need-based solutions for customers. - Deliver new business and renewal business through new and vintage agents. - Maintain business reporting and MIS on sales calls (LMS) on a daily basis. - Achieve new agent acquisition target of 100%. - Achieve new business target of 100%. - Ensure renewal business is equal to or greater than 80%. - Achieve PFA activation target of 100%. Qualifications: - Minimum qualification of diploma or degree. - Minimum 6 months of sales experience, team handling experience is an added advantage. - Skills required: sales, field sales techniques, MIS. - Desired competencies: relationship management, networking, customer orientation, drive & track record.,
