About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Identify and research potential clients in international markets (US & Canada). 2. Build targeted lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo. 3. Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and cold email. 4. Craft personalized outreach messages for decision-makers (CXOs, HR heads). 5. Follow up consistently to generate interest and responses. 6. Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with the founder. 7. Maintain accurate lead tracking in sheets or CRM. 8.Analyze outreach performance and optimize messaging strategy. 9. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity. 10. Submit weekly performance reports and pipeline updates.
