Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Translate and interpret technical discussions between Japanese and English teams when necessary.
• Ensure high-quality coding standards, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Deliver project tasks within timelines while ensuring quality and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Japanese Language Proficiency:

  JLPT N2 or N3 (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in software development (Java, Python,.NET, or other relevant technologies).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, coding practices, and debugging techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Japanese Language Certification (JLPT N2/N3) is mandatory.
