About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Java and JDBC to join our technology team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java / Advanced Java

• Implement and manage database connectivity using JDBC

• Write optimized SQL queries and handle database transactions

• Work on application performance tuning and troubleshooting

• Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and code reviews

• Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices

• Collaborate with teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Java development

• Strong experience in JDBC and database interaction

• Good understanding of RDBMS concepts (Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL, etc.)

• Experience in maintaining and enhancing legacy and enterprise applications

• Knowledge of application lifecycle management

• Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers

• Willingness to work from client location in Jaipur

🎓 Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in IT / Computer Science

🌟 Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot

• Exposure to Microservices or REST APIs

• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills
