Job Description

Job ID: 40298 | Location: Airoli, Maharashtra, India

The job focuses on leading and executing complex automation projects using various smart automation tools and technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI)/ Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Optical Character Recognition (OCR). The role involves collaborating with solution architects, performing code reviews, ensuring compliance with standards, and optimizing automated processes. It plays a crucial part in providing technical leadership, identifying skill gaps, and recommending innovative automation solutions to meet evolving business needs. This is a 1 year contractual role.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute complex Smart Automation projects
Collaborate with solution architects on scalability and maintainability
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and maintain quality standards
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols
Lead project planning, estimation, and execution
Identify potential risks associated with automation projects
Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
Identify skill gaps and provide mentorship/coaching to team members
Coordinate with various stakeholders (business leaders, analysts, Information Technology teams)
Identify and recommend innovative automation solutions, tools, and technologies
