Role Proficiency:
Analyst will be responsible for coding, web programming, and integrating laboratory informatics systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience with RESTful APIs and file-based parsing. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript and Python. - Integrate various systems and APIs, including Laboratory Informatics Systems. - Perform file-based parsing and data manipulation. - Collaborate with team members to ensure successful implementation of projects. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integrations. - Document processes and provide training to end-users as needed. Required Skills and Experience: - Coding and Programming: - Proficiency in Python and JavaScript. - Experience with web programming and development. - Strong knowledge of any modern programming language. - API Integration: - Experience with RESTful APIs. - Ability to connect and integrate various systems. - Laboratory Experience: - Familiarity with Laboratory Informatics Systems. - Understanding of laboratory workflows and data management. - Analytical Skills: - Highly analytical with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. - Experience with file-based parsing and data manipulation. - Collaboration and Communication: - Comfortable working as an individual contributor. - Willingness to ask for help and collaborate with team members when needed.
