Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise 'Programming Proficiency:Strong experience with modern programming languages and framworks (e.g. React, Node.js, Typescript, Java). Cloud Technologies:Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, especially IBM Cloud. Microservices Architecture:Proficiency in building an managing micro-services. Database Management:Familiarity with major DB vendor technology especially IBM DB2. DevOps Practices:Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools. Leadership and Collaboration:Ability to lead teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem Solving:Strong analytical and decision making-skills to address complex software challenges. Agile Methodologies:Experience working withing Agile scrum teams.
