We are looking for an expert in Android application development with a solid foundation in enterprise and commercial applications, interested in building highly performant mobile apps using Jetpack and Kotlin. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience leading a team, proposing reference architectures, creating estimates, and contributing to client proposals. ### Roles and Responsibility Develop new user interfaces using Jetpack Compose. Integrate networking libraries and third-party frameworks. Build reusable components and libraries for future use. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Optimize code through the use of instruments or memory profiling techniques. Guide the team in following best industry practices to deliver clean, high-performance code. Foster teamwork and lead by example. Manage people and stakeholders through close interaction with clients and internal stakeholders. ### Job Requirements 10+ years of experience in Android native application development with Jetpack Compose and Kotlin. Excellent UI/UX and architecture skills. Ability to quickly transform design into code. Experience in unit testing and ensuring developed code passes quality gates from Sonar. Experience in identifying code quality issues during code reviews. Knowledge of JSON, REST, Web Services, low energy peripheral devices integration. Experience in setting up continuous integration processes and automated unit/UI testing. Familiarity with Jira, git, or other tools. Participation in designing large-scale systems defined by parameters such as System Complexity, Scalability, Extreme Performance, Reliability, Observability. Hands-on awareness of new technologies in the software development landscape and flexibility to adapt quickly using these new technologies. Experience in development using agile methodology. Experience in benchmarking the performance of large-scale deployed systems and identifying key performance bottlenecks, including the design of purpose-built benchmarking and test automation tools.
