Job TitleAI Strategy & Transformation - Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Manager with 1214 years of experience in building and scaling AI strategies and transformation initiatives across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong consulting experience, program management expertise, and an in-depth understanding of how AI and emerging technologies drive business outcomes. This role will be pivotal in driving client engagements and managing senior relationships with CxOs. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI transformation programs, from strategy formulation to roadmap execution and benefits realization across multiple industries.

Define target operating models, AI adoption frameworks, and risk mitigation plans for clients.

Drive alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities, ensuring measurable value creation.

Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, including CxOs and account leadership teams.

Build trusted relationships by providing strategic guidance and influencing decision-making.

Facilitate executive workshops to co-create AI strategies and transformation blueprints.

Lead the preparation of proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership content.

Oversee governance structures for AI transformation programs, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and KPIs.

Represent EY in industry forums, external events, and publications related to AI and emerging technologies.

Mentor and develop consultants and senior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications

1214 years of experience in AI strategy development and transformation projects.

Proven track record in AI strategy, roadmap creation, and AI-led digital transformation.

Extensive experience in managing client-facing programs, governance, and risk management.

Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, and Responsible AI frameworks.

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA or Master's in Data Science/AI/ML is preferred.

Certifications in AI from Microsoft, AWS, or Google are highly preferred.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex AI and cloud architecture issues.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Experience in digital transformation strategy through AI/ML and exposure to program governance and delivery frameworks.
