Mission descriptionAssist in the inspection, repair, and overhaul of aviation components, including engines, airframes, avionics, landing gear, and other critical systems. Support the troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues in aircraft and components. Assist in performing scheduled maintenance tasks, including routine checks, inspections, and repairs. Participate in disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly of components according to company and industry standards. Work with senior engineers and technicians to ensure compliance with maintenance manuals, regulatory standards, and safety protocols. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance logs. Assist in the development and implementation of procedures for component repair and testing. Participate in testing repaired or overhauled components to ensure they meet required specifications. Follow all safety and quality control procedures, ensuring that all repairs are done to the highest standards. Gain hands-on experience in working with advanced MRO tools, equipment, and diagnostic software.

• Basic knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and repair practices. o Familiarity with tools and equipment used in aircraft maintenance and repair is a plus. o Understanding of maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical documentation. o Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. o Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments. o good understanding of safety and quality control procedures in MRO operations. o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
