Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Destination Expert located in Gurugram. As a Destination Expert, you will be responsible for planning and organizing tailored experiential trips, providing recommendations and insights into destinations, and ensuring a memorable travel experience for our clients. You will also be expected to collaborate with local vendors, manage travel logistics, and provide excellent customer service throughout the journey.

Qualifications

Travel planning, itinerary creation, and destination knowledge
Customer service and communication skills
Logistics management and vendor coordination
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage travel requirements efficiently
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
