Job Description

The Despatch Executive is responsible for overseeing all despatch activities related to the movement of finished textile goods

Plan daily and weekly dispatch schedules
Coordinate with the production, finishing, packing, and quality departments to ensure goods are ready for dispatch.
Supervise packing and labeling of goods according to buyer specifications, product type, and shipment mode.
Ensure quality standards are maintained during packing to prevent damage in transit.
Liaise with transporters, courier agencies, and export forwarding agents for timely vehicle or container arrangement.
Manage vehicle loading, weight limits, and ensure proper stacking for textile products.
Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly dispatch reports with management.
Handle dispatch-related queries, discrepancies, or delays efficiently.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of textile industry dispatch processes
Strong understanding of logistics and transport coordination.
Strong communication, coordination, and time management abilities.
Education: Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Textile Management.
Experience: 2–5 years in dispatch/logistics within the textile or garment industry.
Preferred Background: Experience in export/domestic dispatch operations for textile manufacturing units.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
