Desktop Support

Role Overview: As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for desktop computers, laptops, and other devices. Your strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities will be vital in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Joining the IT team, you will collaborate with other teams to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals - Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, software, and hardware - Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person - Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference - Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues - Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures Qualification Required: - Diploma & Degree in IT- Field Additional Details: The company offers health insurance benefits and the work location is in person.
