We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Desktop Support Engineer fresher profiles to join our IT team. In this role, you will provide technical support to end-users, helping to resolve hardware and software issues and ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization.
1. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to laptops, desktops, and network connections.
2. Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
3. Traveling to the clients location or connecting via a remote link.
4. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
5. Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
6. Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
7. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
8. Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
9. Ensure systems are functioning efficiently and securely.
10. Completing job reports and ordering supplies.
