Crimping, impacting and installation of LAN Switches, Routers, Modems. Installation of various printers, scanners. Configurations of MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows live, mail and manage data files. To take backup of application software data, user profile, data files. Retrieving backup data. To do regular maintenance of desktop and server systems. To make system monitoring report. To give telephonic support. Troubleshooting of various problems like virus problems
