Job description:

1. End-user Support: Provide prompt and professional technical/Field support to end-users via phone, email, or in person. Assist with hardware and software issues, application installations, and system configurations.

2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, Routers & switches and other peripherals. Identify and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.

3. Software Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications. Ensure software licenses are up-to-date and compliant.

4. IT Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions provided. Update knowledge base and documentation to facilitate future issue resolution.

5. Remote Support: Utilize remote support tools to assist off-site users and remote offices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
