Job Description

It's completely field work profile for desktop support engineer.

2. Taking care of installation || Incidents and request calls.

3. Taking care of Laptop, Desktop, Printers hardware and software related queries.

4. Taking care of daily routine task or any kind of activities which can be scheduled as per the business downtime. Like :- Server l UPS l Rack dressing etc.

5. If any activities scheduled after working hours or holiday. So, presence is mandatory.

6. Timing will be 9 hours.

7. It's a purely Desktop | Laptop and Mac support profile, for which you need to visit at user desk to attend the same.

8. Need to take care LAN | Desktop | Laptop and VC etc. device related issues.

9. Six days working profile. (As per client requirement)

10. Support window started from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM and 24*7 support. need to support sometime on a Phone.

11. Should be in office formal dress.

12. All service now ticket should be attended and updated in standard format.
