Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Mac OS/Linux operating systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions using Active Directory.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and provide basic support for Windows/Linux servers.
Assist in server backup, patch management, and antivirus administration.
Set up and support VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and warranties.
Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets and systems.
Provide remote support using tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Remote Desktop.
Collaborate with the IT team for server upgrades, network optimization, and project rollouts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in desktop support and basic server administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019) and Linux fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,890.32 per month
