Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.)
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, both onsite and remotely
Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, calls, or email
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), applications, and network connectivity
Set up and manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions
Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure timely updates of software and hardware
Install updates, patches, and antivirus software as required
Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees including device provisioning and account setups
Coordinate with other IT teams or vendors for escalation of complex issues
Document technical problems, resolutions, and processes for knowledge base

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
