Job Description

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues. Supported VIP users. Should be able to run OEM diagnosis, replace part in laptop/desktop.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.Support end-users with hardware and software problems, both onsite and remotely.Perform system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.Coordinate with L3 teams for unresolved or complex issues.Document technical issues and solutions in the ticketing system.Ensure compliance with IT policies and security guidelines.
