Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring optimal performance for end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and applications.
- Assist with network connectivity issues and printer setups.
- Document and track support requests using ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement upgrades and improvements.
- Train users on new software and hardware functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in desktop support or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with remote support tools.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
