Job Description

Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer L2

Salary: 30,000 CTC per month

Job Description:

- Provide technical support for desktop and laptop issues.

- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.

- Install and configure operating systems and applications.

- Assist users with network connectivity and peripheral devices.

- Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions.

- Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades and maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in desktop support.

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.

- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional.

- Experience with remote support tools.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
