Job Summary: We are hiring an Onsite L1 Engineer to provide hardware and software support for end-user devices, troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, and assist with Office 365 applications and basic network issues. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, OS (Windows/Mac), MS Office, Teams, OneDrive, and Pidilite apps. Manage service tickets via Service Desk tool. Support L1-level network issues with the central network team. Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software for end-users. Provide onsite and on-call support as needed. Requirements: Engineering Graduate or Diploma in Computer Hardware/IT. 2-3 years of L1 support experience. Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Office 365, and ticketing tools. Basic networking knowledge.
