Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability of IT services.
Manage Active Directory, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
Handle data backups, disaster recovery, and data security protocols.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Install and update software applications and security patches.
Manage IT asset inventory, licensing, and documentation.
Ensure cybersecurity best practices including antivirus, firewall, and vulnerability management.
Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, and support contracts.
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, email, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
Implement IT policies and standards as per company guidelines.
Maintain access control systems, biometric systems, and CCTV monitoring solutions.
Ensure proper functioning and uptime of internet connectivity, firewall, and VPN solutions.

Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022)
Active Directory, Group Policy Management
Office 365 Administration
Network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall)
Hardware troubleshooting (Servers, Laptops, Printers, Scanners)
Cybersecurity fundamentals
Backup and Disaster Recovery Management
IT Documentation and Asset Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience in IT support in a corporate/manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
