Roles & Responsibilities - Desktop Support - Only immediate joiners Handling tickets which are required onsite support Responding to client support requests. Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
