You will be joining Altalyst Systems Pvt Ltd as a Desktop Support Engineer based in Khed on a full-time on-site basis. In this role, your responsibilities will include supporting desktop computers, providing technical and printer support, troubleshooting hardware issues, and maintaining computer hardware. A proactive and hands-on approach will be necessary to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of technical issues. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in supporting desktop computers and providing printer support, along with strong technical support and troubleshooting skills. Experience in computer hardware maintenance and repair will be essential. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are key requirements. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, and having relevant certifications in IT support or related fields would be a plus.
