Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to technical issues and service requests via the ticketing system.

• Deep Understanding of managing Outlook, OST, PST

• Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, BSOD, automatic restarts, and network connectivity.
• Support enterprise applications like

  Outlook

  ,

  Teams

  ,

  Excel

  , and

  Office 365

  .
• Perform system diagnostics, handle slow system performance, and resolve PST/OST issues.
• Reset passwords with proper verification and probing.
• Identify whether issues are incidents or service requests.
• Prioritize and resolve tickets based on defined

  severity

  priority

  (P1–P4).
• Escalate unresolved issues and follow up for timely resolution.
• Set up and troubleshoot network and remote printers.
• Support VPN connections and basic BitLocker encryption troubleshooting.
• Understand and explain

  O365 licenses

  , and related IT tools.
• Assist users with OneDrive sync and storage issues.
• Repair corrupt PSTs using tools like

  SCANPST

• Coordinate with other IT teams for escalations or cross-team dependencies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum

  15 years of regular education

  (10th + 12th + 3-year diploma or graduation)

• No distance learning

  or correspondence courses accepted

• Previous or current salary must be credited through bank transactions not Cash

• Must be

  currently serving or have a notice period of 30 days or less

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Location Flexibility:

• Must be

  currently in Mumbai

  or willing to relocate
• Should be open to work at both

  Lower Parel and Goregaon

  locations
