đ§ Key Responsibilities:
â¨Provide support for Outlook, Office365, and Windows desktops
â¨Deep Understanding of OST, PST, ITIL
â¨Perform hardware and basic network troubleshooting
â¨Manage Tickets, SLAs, incident resolution, and service requests
â¨Deliver remote and on-site technical support
â¨Conduct root cause analysis and resolve escalations
â¨Handle desktop patching, updates, domain joins, and group policy implementations
â Requirements:
1.6+ years of experience in IT support roles
âExperience with ticketing tools
âExcellent troubleshooting and communication skills
âNo career gap
âMust have complete employment documentation
