About the Role

DTP Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare layouts for digital, print, and marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, social media creatives, etc.).
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all graphic outputs.
• Work with project managers and marketing teams to understand design requirements.
• Edit and retouch images as required.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers/vendors if needed.
• Maintain design templates, style guides, and branding consistency.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in

  CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator

  .
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Basic knowledge of other Adobe tools (InDesign, After Effects, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience

  as a DTP Operator/Graphic Designer (fresher with strong skills may also apply).
• Portfolio of previous work is required.
