Job Summary:

CCNA

Responsibilities:

• Asset management, maintenance of service inventory, service record management.

• On-Site Technical Support:

  Provide on-site technical support for the

  installation

  ,

  configuration

  , and

  maintenance

  of

  computer and electronic systems

  .

• System Installation

  and

  Deployment

  : Install and deploy

  hardware, software,

  and

  networking infrastructure

  according to project requirements and specifications.

• Troubleshooting

  and Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to computer and electronic systems, and implement timely and effective solutions.

• Network Configuration

  and Management: Configure and manage network devices, including

  routers, switches, firewalls, CCTV, biometrics devices and servers

  to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Documentation and Reporting

  : Maintain accurate documentation of

  system configurations, network layouts,

  and

  troubleshooting procedures.

  Generate reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions

  as required.

• Collaboration and Coordination:

  Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and clients to coordinate on-site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Training and Support:

  Provide training and support to end-users on the use and maintenance of computer and electronic systems as needed.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends related to computer and electronic engineering. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or BSc in Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Additional qualification in CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and networking.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of computer or electronic engineering.
• Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and climbing.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and best practices in computer and electronic engineering.
