Job Description: Desktop Display Repair Technician Company: Rentfoxxy Location: Sector 48, JMD Megapolis, Gurgaon Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Job Type: Full-Time Role Overview Rentfoxxy is looking for an experienced Desktop Display Repair Technician who can diagnose, repair, and replace desktop monitor displays (LED/LCD). The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, hands-on repair experience, and the ability to handle dayto- day service operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities  Diagnose and repair desktop monitor displays (LED/LCD).  Perform display panel replacement, backlight repair, and internal component faultfinding.  Troubleshoot issues related to power supply, display cables, and PCB components.  Conduct quality testing after repairs to ensure proper functioning.  Maintain repair records, inventory, and service logs.  Provide basic customer support regarding display issues.  Ensure timely completion of repair tasks and adherence to quality standards. Required Skills & Competencies  Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop display repair.  Strong knowledge of LED/LCD monitor components and circuitry.  Proficiency in soldering, PCB testing, and using diagnostic tools (multimeter, etc.).  Ability to identify defects such as flickering, no display, lines on screen, and color issues.  Good understanding of ESD safety practices.  Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Additional Preferences  Experience with laptop display repair will be an added advantage.  Ability to handle multiple repairs in a fast-paced environment.  Basic communication skills for reporting and coordination.
