Amazon Music seeks a talented Art Director to drive design excellence and deliver high-quality creative solutions. This role focuses on executing creative initiatives while ensuring consistent brand experiences across Amazon Music Indias platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on design capabilities with project coordination skills. Creative Execution Create and maintain high-quality design solutions adhering to brand guidelines for Amazon Music India Ensure visual consistency across multiple projects and platforms Support implementation of design systems and visual frameworks Quality check deliverables Execute projects & timely delivery Project Management Coordinate with Marketing, Curation, and Product teams Manage multiple project timelines and deliverables Support process optimization and workflow improvements Collaborate with global design teams Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Design, Graphic Design, or related field 3+ years of experience Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design skills Experience working with global brands and cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal english communication skills Technical Proficiency: Must Have: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Figma or similar UI/UX tools Understanding of Project management tools Nice to have: Illustration skills
