Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to develop visually appealing concepts for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have strong artistic skills, proficiency in design software, and the ability to interpret client requirements to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements and conceptualize visuals based on briefs.
• Create graphics, illustrations, layouts, and branding materials (logos, brochures, social media posts, banners, packaging, etc.).
• Design user-friendly layouts for websites, mobile apps, or UI/UX projects (if applicable).
• Present design ideas and collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and developers.
• Ensure consistency in designs across all platforms and media.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final artwork in required formats.
• Prepare files for printing or digital publication.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, or Canva.
• Strong creativity and a good eye for color, typography, and composition.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work (required).

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro / After Effects) is a plus.
• Experience in branding, UI/UX, or web design (optional based on role requirement).
