Designer

As a Designer at Stellar Global, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative and visually appealing furniture designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring product concepts from ideation to final production, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop ergonomic and functional furniture designs that meet client requirements. - Create concept sketches and digital visuals to visualize design concepts effectively. - Select appropriate materials, colors, and finishes to achieve design objectives. - Build mock-ups or prototypes for review and refinement of design concepts. - Prepare precise technical drawings using AutoCAD and Photoshop. - Utilize design software like SketchUp, Blender, 3DS MAX, or MAYA to create 3D models and renderings. - Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure material feasibility and production readiness. - Translate design briefs into actionable plans and develop spec sheets. - Collaborate with vendors to align on materials and timelines for project completion. - Present design concepts through impactful visual storytelling and integrate feedback from cross-functional teams. - Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines, taking ownership of design outcomes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Product Design, or related field. - 3+ years of relevant work experience in furniture/product design (preferred). - Proficiency in design software and a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and execution. - Knowledge of production techniques and prototyping methods is a plus.
