Job Description :

Misi Associates is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to support our construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to create functional, visually appealing, and technically accurate design outputs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare 2D & 3D drawings for construction projects
• Develop concept designs, layouts, and working drawings
• Modify and update drawings as per project requirements
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
• Ensure designs comply with construction standards and safety norms
• Prepare presentations, visual concepts, and project documentation
• Maintain proper design records and revisions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Diploma / Degree in Design, Architecture, Civil Drafting, or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar software
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in construction or real estate projects
• Knowledge of interior/exterior design standards
• Site coordination experience
