UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions.
  
• Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  
• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually stunning interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
  
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on designs.
  
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
  
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent user experience.
  
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging UI/UX practices.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• 2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in B2C products or e-commerce.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app design work.
  
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
  
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
  
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
  
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate design rationale effectively.
  
• Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
