About The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our team full-time in Jaipur. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting visually compelling and highly functional user interfaces for our FlutterFlow applications. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the development team to understand project requirements, conceptualizing and establishing cohesive design systems, creating prototypes, and ensuring that all designs align with client branding and project specifications. This position requires a strong passion for design, meticulous attention to detail, and a user-centered approach to deliver exceptional user experiences. Qualifications
- Strong skills in UI/UX design, with proficiency in Figma for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
- Experience in designing custom interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation
- Knowledge of designing and implementing design systems, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate client visions into cohesive visual designs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight project deadlines
- Prior experience in app or web development projects is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of responsive design principles across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms
- Experience in creating UI component libraries and scalable design systems for large-scale products
Responsibilities
