Job Title: Graphic Designer Executive OverviewWe are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Executive to lead our visual communication initiatives across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing impactful creatives for social media campaigns, print catalogues, and marketing collateral, while also demonstrating hands-on experience in managing paid social media advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities. 1. Creative Design & Content Development Conceptualise, design, and produce engaging visual content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop static and motion graphics, promotional banners, infographics, reels, and ad creatives aligned with brand guidelines. Design print-ready catalogues, brochures, flyers, standees, and other offline marketing materials. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing touchpoints. 2. Social Media AdvertisingCreate visually compelling ad creatives tailored for various ad formats (carousel, lead generation, retargeting, display ads, etc.). Plan, set up, and optimise paid social media campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure design alignment with targeting strategy, A/B testing, and performance goals. Track ad performance metrics and recommend design-level improvements to maximise engagement and conversion. 3. Collaboration & Brand StrategyWork closely with marketing, copywriting, and product teams to translate campaign objectives into effective designs. Brainstorm creative concepts and ensure timely execution of all deliverables. Maintain an organised library of design assets, templates, and brand materials. 4 Quality AssuranceEnsure all visual materials adhere to brand guidelines, are error-free, and meet high design standards. Prepare files in appropriate formats for printing and digital publishing. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience (1–3 years preferred) as a Graphic Designer in a marketing or agency environment. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects preferred). Practical experience in running and optimising social media ad campaigns. Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout principles, and digital marketing design standards. Ability to translate marketing narratives into visually appealing content. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Preferred SkillsExperience with Canva, Figma or similar design tools. Knowledge of basic video editing or motion graphics.
