About the Role:

Design Systems Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Design System Strategy:
Define, maintain, and evolve the organizations design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
Component Development:
Lead the creation of reusable UI components, patterns, and guidelines.
Collaboration:
Partner with UX designers, UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure the system meets both design and technical requirements.
Documentation & Governance:
Maintain comprehensive documentation, usage guidelines, and best practices for the design system.
Tooling & Infrastructure:
Recommend and implement tools, frameworks, and workflows that support the design system lifecycle.
Mentorship & Advocacy:
Train and guide teams in design system adoption, standards, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience leading design systems at
enterprise-level products or SaaS platforms
.
Knowledge of
version control, CI/CD for UI components, and front-end testing frameworks
.
Familiarity with
motion design, interaction design, and micro-interactions
.
